Reiki practice conveys a degree of respect and discipline – namely that of consent and honesty. Despite my utmost respect for the choices of others, the altruist in me is still greatly concerned with the the welfare of others. This resolve led me to do a bit of self-inquiry.

These days, I find myself more and more responsible for a variety of duties both personal to professional. “Well, that’s life” one might say. While I’m inclined to agree, such a statement doesn’t make dealing any easier. It is as if life is constantly accelerating, and I have yet to see much of a reprieve.
“Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned.” – The Buddha I have a reputation for being relatively laid back. Given a confrontation, I’d rather walk than talk, lest strong words begin to harm. With constant practice,
